Hello Cristiana and Enrico, thank you for being here with us today. You've finally returned from Jamaica, back to Europe with new and exciting projects. Can you tell us a bit about your experience in Jamaica and what brought you back?

Enrico has always dreamed of living in the Caribbean, and after a major work disappointment, we decided in 2013 to take a sabbatical year and try to make this dream come true. Things went well, and the sabbatical year turned into a decade. In Jamaica, we opened a media center where we did everything from graphics to printing, video recording, photography, personalization, advertising, and many other services. At the same time, we worked for the national Jamaican radio and organized house music parties at the resorts. They were very busy 10 years, but they brought us a lot of satisfaction. We returned for family reasons, Enrico's parents are elderly and need help. When family calls, you have to be there.

Your entertainment program Enjoy Television has been very successful. What was the inspiration behind this program and how did it start?

Enjoy Television was created by Enrico in Italy in 2000 with the main goal of showcasing the global clubbing and dance music scene. The program focused on promoting music, clubs, festivals, artists, and the music industry in general. It provided a comprehensive view of the dance music world through interviews, event coverage, and DJ sets from some of the biggest names in the industry, including David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren, Moby, and The Chemical Brothers. Enjoy Television has always captured and conveyed the vibrancy and excitement of dance music culture in various iconic locations worldwide, such as Ibiza, Miami, and Mykonos. Over the years, the show evolved, eventually reaching a global audience through its app and smart TV platforms, transforming into a multimedia library with a vast archive of videos, aftermovies, and DJ sets from famous and lesser-known events. Currently, we have viewers connecting daily from 118 countries around the world. All with a click!

You have recently launched Radio Studio Più Ibiza. What motivated you to create a radio station in Ibiza and what are your goals for this new adventure?

While we were in Jamaica, we started collaborating with Radio Studio Più, providing them with international content. One day, Claudio Tozzo asked us what we could do with the underutilized frequency that Radio Studio Più had in Ibiza and Formentera. From this idea was born, we asked ourselves what radio station is missing in Ibiza. Analyzing the market, we saw that the main radios on the island have as their core business selling spaces to medium or small DJs who want visibility on the island, but those who come on vacation to Ibiza come to see famous DJs, so we put the largest number of famous DJs together on the radio. And so it was. We created the FM radio station with a schedule composed of the world's most famous DJs, an FM festival, 168 shows from the planet's most famous DJs playing in Ibiza's main clubs. So, in March 2021, we took the reins of the frequency in the Balearics, and Radio Studio Più Ibiza was born, the Dance Station of Ibiza and Formentera. This project was born out of a passion for music and the opportunity to enhance a radio frequency in one of the most iconic destinations for dance music. Radio Studio Più Ibiza offers programming dedicated to the best DJs and artists of the electronic scene, broadcasting 24 hours a day with exclusive content, live events, and special sets. The station has quickly established itself as a point of reference for dance music lovers, both residents and visitors.

How do you think Radio Studio Più Ibiza will influence the nightclubbing scene both in Italy and internationally?

We don't think Radio Studio Più Ibiza can influence the clubbing scene either in Italy or internationally. Radio Studio Più Ibiza was created to provide space and create a community of genre enthusiasts. Our goal is to create a platform that values electronic dance music, offering high-quality content and promoting emerging and established artists. The station aims to be a reference point for music enthusiasts, without pretending to change the dynamics of international clubbing, but rather to support and enrich the existing community. Radio Studio Più Ibiza focuses on spreading musical culture and creating a virtual place where enthusiasts can connect, discover new sounds, and enjoy performances by their favorite artists.

You are starting a collaboration with ND Night & Day Magazine for the production of podcasts. How did this partnership come about and what can we expect from it?

We firmly believe that unity is strength and that one of the key words in our sector is collaboration. Both ND Night and Day Magazine and Enjoy Television are realities that have given a lot over the years, both in Ibiza and to the dance scene in general. In the era of communication par excellence, why not create joint ventures and synergies capable of expanding the audience by providing a quantity of quality content? By collaborating, we can combine our strengths and resources to create something even bigger and more meaningful. The idea is to leverage respective expertise and networks to offer a platform rich in exclusive content, special events, interviews with world-renowned artists, and much more. This synergy will not only strengthen our presence in Ibiza but also contribute to supporting and growing the dance music scene globally, offering enthusiasts a unique and immersive experience. Together, we can reach a wider audience and provide content that reflects the diversity and vitality of dance music culture, helping to keep this global community alive and dynamic.

Do you have any other projects in the works that you would like to share with us?

Enjoy Television, Radio Studio Più Ibiza, and something brewing but that we can't share with anyone at the moment. Although we can't wait to make you all part of it! You just have to stay tuned! Our commitment is to continue innovating and surprising our community of enthusiasts with new projects and collaborations. How has your experience in Jamaica influenced your approach to entertainment and radio production?

Actually, with great modesty, but with equal awareness, we believe that things have gone the other way around. It was us, with our content such as radio shows, interviews, and radio programs, who influenced Jamaica and the way of communicating for a certain period. This happened thanks to our more than twenty years of experience in the sector, the network of contacts in the dance music industry, and our deep knowledge of the subject. Our commitment to creating high-quality content has allowed us to set new standards in the communication of dance music on the Caribbean island. We have always sought to innovate, proposing original and engaging formats that have attracted a large audience of enthusiasts.

What are the biggest challenges you have faced in returning to Europe and starting these new projects?

After 10 years in Jamaica, on the other side of the world, alone, without help from anyone and relying only on our strength, I would say that we have not encountered great difficulties in returning and starting our projects. The real difficulty now is making Enjoy Television known to the new generations. In 10 years of absence, the way of communicating and enjoying music has changed. Additionally, technology, with the explosion of social media, has evolved to the point where everyone feels like a cameraman and reporter. Our goal is to adapt to these new dynamics, using our experiences and knowledge to carve out a relevant space in the current landscape. We are working to make Enjoy Television accessible and interesting to the young audience, leveraging social platforms and new communication technologies. We are aware of the challenges, but also of the opportunities that these developments offer us. We will continue to innovate and create quality content that can fascinate and engage dance music enthusiasts.
